Jon Hackworth is an excellent lawyer which probably is why he's so busy. :) He did a fantastic job representing my brother in his child support case. He presented logical facts, figures, and explanation to the judge who by the looks of it was jaded by the hoards of fathers not paying their support. Without Jon, my brother would have been sucked in and spit out of the system that favors the mothers and assumes the fathers are the bad ones. In this case, the mother is on prescription drugs and suffers from a psychosis from them. She had made so many threats and spewed so much hatred. It is with great delight I write this review to share my wonderful experience with Hackwork Law. I was recommended by a friend of mine who has used them on numerous occasions. I must admit that I was extremely skeptical at first. My situation involved an accident where my father made a left turn and was hit head on by a vehicle with the lights off. It was at night and the oncoming vehicle was not visible. My dad ended up getting the ticket, and we felt that this was not fair. Mr. Hackworth took our case and represented us in court. His fees were very reasonable (extremely reasonable), and he communicated often and promptly all the way throughout the process. He was able to get our case dismissed. I would give my HIGHEST recommendation for his services as he didnt hit us over the head during such a stressful time. I just wish I knew about him sooner.

If you're looking for a divorce or criminal defense attorney in Tampa, you couldn't pick anyone better than Hackworth Law. Our experience with this firm and Jonathan Hackworth, specifically, has been incredible. There is no good time for legal trouble - but a month before our wedding made it EXTREMELY stressful. His staff was pleasant and Mr. Hackworth called us back the same day, began working on our case immediately, and resolved our issue in a week...A WEEK! That's unheard of. I can't say enough about Jonathan Hackworth. Until now I have never needed the expertise of a lawyer and I am thankful every day that I have Jon representing me. Of course the people he works with are all true professionals but to me it's the attention and the care that you are given personally by him that sets his work above others. I always felt informed and aware of our goals in the process and on many occasions he was available to answer my questions to just put my mind at ease. This law firm truly cares about its community and its clients. They are in the heart of historic ybor city and are quick to contribute to the betterment of the area.
