My experience with John was involving a potentially complicated child support case involving retroactive child support from another state. From the beginning, John layed out what I could expect, what the process would be, and how he planned to argue this case. He is very upfront and honest and does not sugar coat anything. His availability was pretty astounding, as he would answer most calls the first time, and if he was in a meeting, he would text that he would call ASAP. I don't think I ever had to wait more than 30 minutes for a return call.
The issue with this case was the potential for a very large amount of retroactive child support that I would owe.
