The Palmer law firm handled my automobile case. I was satisfied with the settlement amount. The staff was okay. Mr. Palmer s assistant Jenifer Taylor was extremely rude and would never return my calls . She wouldn't know how to answer any questions I had and made me feel like I was always bothering her.
