Rod and his staff provided us excellent service in updating our wills and setting up a trust. He was clear explaining the reason, benefits and cons for every decision that we needed to make. His process is fast and efficient but allows for as much customer service as needed before, during and after completing the wills and trust. The fees are very reasonable and we were able to accomplish what we needed within a fair cost.

We were looking for an attorney who could help us set up a trust for our cats. It was a more hurried process than ideal, given our desire to have it in place before an overseas trip, and the fact that we had no idea what we were doing. We wanted to work with someone who would understand that our cats would be no more beloved, had they been human children. We found our way to Ms. Laganella by way of searches related to animal welfare, and she is wonderful-- just what we were looking for. She went through a great deal of trouble to have our assets secured before our trip, and followed up after our return to see if we had any lingering questions. She is informed, patient, and kind. The ironic thing is that she is also my in-laws' attorney. After we made an initial appt. with her, my mother-in-law called to suggest that we consider using her attorney, who was recommended by neighbors, and who my in-laws were happy with. They offer affordable estate planning. Free initial consultation. Small, low budget office in a small strip mall. Business run by a married couple. They have positive online reviews. Worth checking out if cost is your primary criteria. I was looking for a more comprehensive elder law firm and they weren't a match for me.

Very professional and competent. They go the extra step to ensure complete service and makes it uneventful and easy. In one case, our mortgage company, Navy Federal Credit Union, on several occasions, asked for items that appeared unreasonable, above and beyond what other Mortgage companies required. Affordable Attorney took on the burden and essentially did everything without my having to make calls or be exercised in any way. All I had to do was give permission to make it happen.
