Micheal is very good at what he does. In my opinion he has more of a personal correspondence with his clients. He’s the one emailing, texting, or calling you. On occasion he’s had an assistant reach out but for the most part he’s always contacted me. He represented me in a criminal case I was looking at 5yrs minimum first offense and he got me probation. So again, he’s good and he always advises never count your eggs before they hatch, one step at a time!

Michael Raheb is the best attorney in all of Southwest Florida in my opinion! Before finding Raheb, I had previously hired a very reputable high power (high-priced) Collier County Attorney to represent my Fiancé cases in Lee County for an alleged DUI, DUI property damage, VOP, and violation of a no contact order. At this time my fiancé was being held at the Lee County Jail without bond for the VOP. You can't put a price tag on the level of comfort I felt after retaining Mr. Raheb in my criminal case. The anxiety, trepidation and sleeplessness vanished knowing that I was in good hands. I knew immediately he had this handled, the case was dispensed in two weeks, and I never saw the inside of a courtroom.

I hired Michael for my friend who was put in jail for failing a drug test. The PO and SAO wanted 120 days jail time and no chance of him getting a restricted license once he got out. The other inmates on the docket that day who used a PD were getting 6 months to a year for same charges, but my friend served 60 days and is able to get his restricted license.
