Well Veritas does a very good job in staying in contact with their clients and also preparing them for any legal issues that may arise. This is the BEST program to be enrolled in to get yourself back on track and well with your creditors. I don't know what I'd do without Veritas Legal Plan. They are not only helping you but they actually hold your hand through the whole process leaving feeling confident instead of vulnerable to all the creditors harrassing you. The Veritas Legal Plan has been a significant element on my journey to financial freedom! I've been with the plan for nearly 6 months now and thus far, im happy with my choice. As part of my debt resolution, Veritas representatives have been excellent. They are helpful and very responsive, being extremely patient with me as I ask alot of questions and need reassurance. What i like is that they make periodically contact me just to check on my current status and if i need any help. Often times, i forget about reaching out to them until their contact jogs my memory, meanwhile they continually work in the background to support me. All in all, im satisfied with the plan and would recommend it to others. The one thing I would suggest as an improvement is to limit the generic emails sent out, especially to people who are already utilizing the plan. I get the standard email explaining the what the veritas plan can do for me, when im already utilizing it. Otherwise, all good!! Thanks for the great support!!
