We couldn't be more disappointed about this firm. Carmen was all super nice with us until we fully payed her, then she became mean and unprofessional. First of all she never took care of our case, she directly transfer our case to an other attorney who send the case with really little details so off course they asked more documents to ask the athlete visa.
He was taking weeks to answer. Then i told her i didn't want him to take care of our case, so she send us to an other attorney who wait the last 48h to send what the government asked. We received the answer from the government beggining of december, and when i asked her what documents they are asking, she said she will keep us in touch. Of course she never did, and in february i asked her again what documents they need because we might be able to do some stuff on our side, if they need more recommendations letters or whatever. She answer me by text saying " stop sending us email about your case or i will give up on your case", so i told her that we have the right to know what is going on and the documents case have to be send back in March that it will be better to not wait last minute, and she never answer". Two days before the case have to be send back the attorney contacted us asking for more publication on news papers, or TV... Of course it was too late to do that, they asked us to do pictures of my husband teaching self defense to the army...We were able to do that last minute. And guess what the case was denied because they haven't send enough proof and documents that the government asked. They just didn't care at all about our case. Then of course she became all nice again and told us we can to the apply again, and what we need to send because we had 30 days. I did send everything but the attorney who was taking care of it said they received everything, but they actually never received the documents i send because ups lost it, and when i asked about the case she told me "ITS ALL YOUR FAULT" and i asked why because i always do everything they asked and fast. " she said you never send us the documents" so i send her the proof i did, i send her the email i send to the attorney who was in charge and then she realized it was their mistake. Anyway, on the beggining she promessed us green card, then say we have to do first a O1 visa that the chance was REALLY HIGH. We spend 10000 $ in total, and the visa have been denied 2 times, so we decided to give up because if we wanted to keep going it will be an other 2500$ minimum 2 years waiting and less than 20% chances.
If you are not super famous, or super rich forget about her and her team. My husband is world champion in jiu jitsu 2016, third world champion 2018 , and 7 times us champion... But when you get bad attorney forget about having your visa. They said the law keep changing because of the president and its really have today, anyway just excuses.

Trocaram mais uma vez de pessoa para cuidar do meu caso e quando entrei em contato para saber se receberam os papéis assinado, pois já tinha dado problema da primeira vez e não queria que desse errado novamente a Carmem me enviou uma mensagem dizendo “SE VOCÊ FICAR ME LIGANDO VOU LARGAR O SEU CASO DE MÃO “. Assim perdendo todo dinheiro que tinha pago! Pois antes de fecharmos o acordo me falou me deu um tempo para que o caso fosse montado e enviado que não foi nem um pouco perto do tempo estipulado por ela e sim o dobro do tempo que falou, mesmo eu pagando o premium case para resposta vir mais rápida.
