Scheduled an appointment with Mr. Anderson @1pm and forty minutes later, he still hadn't arrived. His legal assistant then stepped out to offer us an over-the-phone conference instead of in person as we had initially requested. Mind you, his consultations are not free. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
