Wow. My friend was arrested last week and I found Mr. Hoffman on line. On a Friday he waited for me and made sure I was able to bond my friend out of custody. Then he was able to get the state to not even file charges. In about a week the nightmare was over. This is just a small token of my appreciation and gratitude for Mr. Hoffman. I was lost and alone and Mr. hoffman was able to give us hope and belief. I later found out that this case was a small felony and saw the many newsworthy cases Mr. Hoffman,an has. He gave us the personal attention you would expect for clients who have bigger and more expensive cases. He even called us this weekend to make sure we were fine. What a god send. Mr. Hoffman is the absolute best.

CASE DISMISSED!! I have to write about the marvelous job Mr. Hoffman did for me on my case. Mr. Hoffman was able to get the State Attorneys office to drop all charges. Not only that he was able to get a family friend out of jail while he was on probation and got rearrested. I am not sure how he did it as the prior attorney did absolutely nothing and Mr. Hoffman did everything!!! I cannot tell you how good of an attorney Mr. Hoffman is because words do not describe his brilliance in court.

Hoffman is as crooked as they come. Was very quick to take my case and very quick to collect his money. His practices are an abomination to the Florida Bar. I will not insert details here because he already threatened to press charges on me once. Stay away from this man.

4 months and Evan Hoffman never got me a court date. He did the motion wrong, so he left it as is. Didn't even know where to get court transcripts, then lied about it. DO NOT TRUST this man to do the right thing, he will NOT refund my money either

Perfection Personified. Where do I begin? Do I start with my many thanks for saving my life or for your compassion, Mr. Hoffman. While I did not intend to need legal services, I am grateful I found Evan. I interviewed three attorneys and saved the best for last!! Magistrate Master. My girlfriend was arrested in Miami while we were on vacation. I had no where to turn and had no idea what to do. I took a chance and found Mr. Hoffman on line and called his office at 8:30 pm. To my amazement Mr. Hoffman answered and was able to attend magistrate court the next day, a Saturday morning. At the magistrates the State asked to hold my girlfriend no bond and Evan was able to find a defect in the arrest report and was able to get her out of jail ROR!!!! Three days later he was able to get the case dismissed!!! If I was able to give Mr. Hoffman 10 stars that would not be enough. Mr. Hoffman completely changed my belief in attorneys and if all attorneys were had the man that Mr. Hoffman is the legal profession would be a better place. By far the most compassionate man and dedicated attorney I have ever had the absolute pleasure to deal with. All I can say is that if you or a family friend ever has the need for a criminal defense attorney, call Mr. Hoffman.

I hired attorney Hoffman to clear up some tickets that my nephew had from several years ago and he got the job done. He not only corresponded with me often and throughout the whole process and got everything off my nephew's record and now my nephew is back on the road again. If you have old past driving tickets you need cleared up, he will get the job done. Our experience was not like the reviews, I'm glad I chose him to fight for my nephew.

This was the first time our family needed a lawyer and we were let down in a major way. He did not visit my brother(his client) not once before going to court several times. Seemed to lack empathy of our situation and gave us little to no information. As a lawyer that was HIRED, the idea was that we'd be working together every step of the way. It seemed as if he didn't want the case to begin with and was agitated whenever contacted about updates in the case. Long story short, I could've represented my brother myself and probably would have gotten a better outcome and peace of mind. If you value your mental health, do NOT hire this guy.

I was arrested and charged for a situation that I found myself in. I had been referred to Mr. Hoffman and a few other criminal attorneys. Mr. Hoffman explained to me how he perceived the case and what he wanted to do for me. I was provided his personal cell phone in case I had any emergencies or worries. (I did my best not to sent too many text messages). In the end everything Evan said would happen did. The case was dismissed and now we are in the process of removing it from my record. Those of you who actually do research will see that Mr. Hoffman not only takes high profile cases (he has his fair share) he also helps those who aren't as affluent and helps those of us whose cases aren't so high profile. I remember the day after I retained Mr. Hoffman seeing him on the news and I thought thank god he is on my side. Not only a great attorney he is also a compassionate attorney who cares about his clients.

This law office should be closed down. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for a mere red light violation because a member of their staff named Nelly told me to disregard a bill I received that ended up growing to more than double the original amount. They are careless in every sense of the word. They simply do not care and have no accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM that lacks integrity, common decency and basic communication skills. When I went there in person to find out what was happening they disrespected me and threatened to throw me out of their office. Another NOT GUILTY. Mr.Hoffman represented a client charged with kidnapping and battery. After a three day trial the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY. The jury was deliberating for 30 minutes. Needless to say Mr. Hoffman did an excellent job and was masterful in his cross examination. He was able to show the jury inconsistencies in the witness and police testimony. Instead of having a life sentence the client is now free and vindicated. If you or someone you know has been accused or charged with a crime do not hesitate to call Evan Hoffman.
