Mr. Day and Mr. Gorman really helped during my family's time of need. I had a family member that was on probation for a drug offense and unfortunately she had a relapsed. The probation officer told her that she would probably have to be in custody for at least 45 days. They were able to negotiate with the prosecutor and judge and get her out of custody right away, by setting a special hearing.. They also helped getting her in a rehabilitation program that has changed her life. She is a different person now and it in part the result of the great job these attorneys did in this case. I can't thank them enough, I could not recommend them more.

Had a horrible experience with this law firm! I feel like they stole our money at a time when we really needed help! We were misled and very disappointed with their representation. Since I couldn't get them on the phone, I sent an email sharing my disappointment. Then,...I got to see a real attorney letter! If he did even half as good a job representing us, as he did explaining how he somehow thought he earned his money, we would be okay! Highly do NOT recommend this firm!

In my opinion, he doesn't appear to be well versed with Juvenile court. I feel like I could have saved myself $5k using a Public Defender and ended up with the same outcome.

Since this app apparently does not allow responses to your response, I will reply here. My juvenile daughter WAS your client for a criminal proceeding. My daughter was accused of a criminal act but she was only guilty of being a child (14 years old). She was read her Miranda rights without myself or my husband there and made to sign papers without us present. The CCSO took her from school to the immokalee jail WITHOUT notifying us BEFORE they left. You never addressed these issues nor did you even realize that you were LOSING our case until the Judge announced her judgement. You told us in the small room during recess that this case was a definite win for us. You looked like a deer in the headlights when you heard the Judgement. I have another retired attorney that I spoke with who says that this case never should have went as far as it did and should have been dismissed due to all the violations that occurred the day she was arrested. If your offer for coming in and explaining why you should refund our $5k is still on the table, I would LOVE to take you up on that!

Not a client of yours? Why did I pay you $5k then? I just hope that no one else makes the same mistake we did and assume you know juvenile law well enough to defend their child.

I was referred to this firm by a member of the school system and law enforcement and this firm was described as the "best in Naples". This actually was my experience. The day I called? They fit me in within an hour. I met with Atty Day and Atty Gorman. They handled every detail professionally and competently and made me feel comfortable that they would handle everything. They have kept me updated every step of the way over the course of 18 months. This was a very difficult situation for my family and if it were not for their competence, capability and professionalism, I m not sure what we would have done. I cannot speak more highly for this firm.
