Mr Snyder was retained by us to help recoup money stolen by a dishonest contractor. I don't believe Ms. Hodge is experienced in Social Security Disability claims. I had an outstanding case, am highly organized and articulate. She seemed overwhelmed. Additionally, cancellation of appointments should be made via telephone, on a business day - and NOT via email (with less than 24 hours notice). Not inspired.
