For myself I would have rather fought my case alone without the lawyers help. He charged me 40% and to make matters worse ended up taking more money from me than initially agreed upon which was a 32% with no reason given as to why the percentage was increased as well as without my consent. Out of all the attorneys available in Naples i just happened to fall upon the worst one. I now know why doesn't have many clients. If I had to give him a rate from 1-10 I would no doubt rate him a -1.
