If you were injured at work my comp lawyer seem to not care when I received my pay check. She would say she will call me back and would not, and tell me one thing then something different the next call. She never really seemed to be focused on my case or what has happened with my case. My accident lawyer seemed aggravated when I called because I was calling and I had not been released yet but I just had some questions. The accident lawyer would end calls telling me we can talk when I'm released.

I would make calls after calls trying to see whats going on with my case and everyone would play slow. Another thing was I was told my kids would get a certain amount of money back.so when I came to sign off for their check release I was told to come back same week to pick them up. The amount was great and all but Once I came back and seen the amount on the check was lower than what they initially showed me. You guys told me fees were already tooken out when we spoke face to face. Im guessing because Iam young ( but of age) they played my face but its cool. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy .

There is no way to express how much I appreciate this firm and Attorney Chip Hinnant! I had a slip and fall accident and without them I would have been left with nothing. I had never had to go through a legal process like this before and it is far more detailed than I expected but with the help of Chip and his staff I had someone walking each step with me. Don’t waste your time with this firm unless you have personal injury. They won’t do anything unless they can use you to make money. You’ll get passed around like a football and they won’t answer any questions until they find out whether your case is lucrative enough to warrant their precious time. I even tried calling on of their attorneys whom I had a family referral. Nothing. A good lawyer really is hard to find and when you do, pay them well.

My consulation was INCRedible!!! I had high hopes. I was sold to the fact he was a Doctor and would be more knowledgeable, i was told he would get my caregiver compensation for workers comp! On the contrary NONE of it happened!!! He is a chiropractor which we were mislead. Mr.Creve will not put a fight for you, he accepts what the opposing attorneys suggest! My sons hospital records wasnt read by him, as i read them and relayed some information he said he had no knowledge of it. While it was there in black & white. He didnt fight at all for my son or even make sure i received the proper compensation for caregiver expense!!! My son had been electrocuted on his job & only receieved 16,000. Giving Ted 3,000 of that. He got free money he didnt do a thing!!!! The lawyer we had previously got everything in the motion, we were told about Ted by my daughters ex boyfriend who is an associate there. So we gave him a try..worst mistake EVER even compared to staying in dv marriage for years.i compare this experience to that except my ex husband did fight but me. Mr.Creve did not fight at all!!!! My son has permant balance issue, he was sent to workers comp neurologist a year later of coarse he made SOME progress. They said he was "faking" however, cmc saw best for him to be in a facility before going home. Instead i am a cna and i took their classes in order for him to be released. My son couldnt speak for 3 days, used a walker for months. The best thing is God stepped in because there is a purpose for his life and we had prayers & fasting up to the heavens for a remarkable recovery! Guess i shouldve prayed for a great lawyer, money wasnt on my mind only my sons health!!!!! I did get that answered prayer!!!!! I suggest you ignore the commericals & promises made in consultation... We had a terrible experience..

BE AFRAID...BE VERY AFRAID! We trusted these people, followed their instructions to the letter, only to end up waiting 8 months and getting a paltry settlement. Unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls, and every attempt made to discourage us from pursuing the case further. Finally, we just decided to take the settlement, to not have to wait any longer or deal with them anymore. God forbid we or someone we know are ever in another accident, but we would advise everyone to stay far far away from these shysters. They could care less about your case, and we regret getting involved with them.

Emails are lefted unanswered. Calls not returned till 4-5 days later and when i reach my lawyer he talks to me as if he still dont know when ill get my settlement. Its going on month 4 now. My mom referred me to these guys and now im mad at her as well.

I was initially given a six week response time by opposing attorney through my lawyer in July to find out if they would accept liability. It has taken awhile longer and I can respect that as I would hope my lawyer is negotiating wholeheartedly on my behalf. I talked with Mr.Hereford and he said we should be settled by Oct 31. Today is the the day I was told to call for an update and hopefully we can boost these 3 stars back to 5. Average red tape and maneuvering by staff has earned an average rating for now. Will give my final answer depending on our conversation.

They were great! They referred me to a topnotch rehab facility, which was instrumental in my recovery.

From the moment I did the consultation with Greg i knew that I would not have to worry about anything because Greg is very knowledgeable about the laws and rights of worker's comp and also very experience because he have been doing claims a long time. He always is very prompt with responding and getting things done and his assistant Jen is knowledgeable and prompt as well. Overall this has been an absolute disaster of a case. I seriously can NEVER get in touch with anyone regarding my case. I never get a response to my emails or returned phone calls. The receptionist who answers the phone will ensure me a phone call back either the same day or the next and I will still never get a call. Apparently they have had my settlement check for over a week and have not contacted me to inform me of this. My case has been ongoing since February of 2016 and it's now the middle of November. If I could give them less than one star I would.
