I have been with Wiley Nickel for one year. I was having a rough time with the attorney I was having. She seem very rude like she had no time for customer, Like I was bothering her or something.
Then some reason they switched me to attorney Melissa. She is the best, Very patient, understanding. Willing to help. She has got my charges dismiss me back to living happily with my family.

I would recommend this office but prefer Melissa haha to anyone in need.

I received a citation for expired tags (that had been expired for over 6 months - big oops and never again!!) and contacted the Wiley Nickel Firm through a secondary website after a google search. Mr. Nickel himself responded quickly (the only one out of 10 to respond I might add), saying he was happy to help and listing the flat fee. I contacted the office, filled out a handful of pages of paperwork, sent it back, paid the fee, and they took care of the rest. Full dismissal in court today. SO easy and convenient - extremely affordable as well! Couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough and will use them for any future needs!

Couple years ago I had to reinstate my license from an unpaid parking ticket. They got my license reinstated but failed to inform me to pay a $65 fee to reinstate my license through the NC DMV. Thus 2 years later when I want to get a new License, im not able to because of this little fee. Yes I can fix this on my own now, but wasting a day at the dmv couldve easily been avoided. Saw on google they specialized in helping with speeding tickets and such. I would think twice on using this office.

Great and professional office. I got a ticket for going 9 over on Glenwood while going down hill (the police are a huge pain in the cakes here, I got pulled 3 times here, twice in two days while not speeding, just because my car is frickin' yellow), and they had it reduced to improper equipment. No points on my license or insurance! I'd definitely use them again if the issue arose once more. Also their price was lower than a competing firm I was in touch with. 5 Stars all around. Number is saved for sure.

I had a pending charge in North Carolina that was preventing me from getting a job I really needed and wanted. I live in Oregon now so I was in a complete frazzled state of mind trying to figure out what I was going to do. I went on AVVO and started researching attorneys in the Raleigh, NC area and came across Wiley who had outstanding reviews. I sent a message on a late Saturday night and received a response Sunday morning! We discussed my case and I decided to hire him.

From the beginning, Mr. Nickel was upfront and honest about the fact that I may be required to travel to North Carolina to handle my case and get it closed out, but he assured me he would do everything possible to try and prevent that. Not only did he take care of my case without me having to step foot outside of Oregon, he got it completely dismissed!!!

This is where he went above and beyond his duties of an attorney.....my new place of employment was willing to work with me and still offer me the position as long as the case wasn't in pending status anymore. After a few weeks of us waiting for the DA to be back from vacation so Wiley could talk to him, I was getting very nervous that somebody else would be hired in my place because they were tired of waiting. Wiley offered to write them a letter explaining that the case is being worked on and he was confident in it being dismissed. I think that is what ultimately saved me from losing the job. He didn't have to take the time to do that and it was out of pure kindness of heart and understanding that he offered to do anything he could to help me.

So in the end, my case was dismissed, I have officially been offered the position and now Wiley and his team are working on getting it expunged from my record (at no extra cost!). He clearly has a big heart and truly cares about his clients. Not once did I feel bad about bugging him with all my questions and concerns, he listened patiently and responded to emails right away. I highly recommend Wiley Nickel and his firm for any legal troubles you may have.
