The process after hiring them following my car accident has been a complete waste of time. Monica doesn't respond to emails, you have to go to the office and track her down to get information.

Do yourself a favor DON'T hire them for a car accident. Settle the case yourself!

Trying to get disability since 2012. Got lawyer from Brent and Adams in 2015. Turned down twice. Third time turned down. Met lawyer once at hearing, spoke to him once in 3 yrs.
I don't believe all the medical info given about my case was followed up on. Then recieved a letter from B&A,basically stating I should get another lawyer.

I would highly recommend Mr. Adams and his team. They handled the job with a lot of understanding and intelligence. I don’t know where my family would be without him. He was very attentive, and even came to our house to meet with us.

July 9, 2009 life changed forever. The car I was traveling in struck a mini-van that had run a STOP sign. Right away my parents took action and knew Brent was the man I'd want them to call I knew Brent prior because he took a chance on Me and allowed my small cleaning business the privilege of cleaning several locations. He trusted me so there was no doubt who to call. He secured a fair settlement for My family. He fought against a large insurance company and was very knowledgeable and ready with facts and laws. If I had to choose again I would still choose Mr Brent Adams. I still count on him 9 years later as not just my attorney but a friend.

Very bad experience! Contacted Brent Adams office in April 2018, spoke with the intake person to see if they would accept my case. Received a call back stating that yes they could take it and to request medical records be sent to them. I had my medical records sent. Jump ahead 6 months and received a call from a gentleman at the office stating that he will be managing my case, had an almost hour conversation with him and he said he didn’t have the medical records and asked where I sent them. I went back to my email to find the paralegal of intake persons email and name and he stated they were no longer there but that he will find my records because it was unacceptable for them to have lost them. Fat forward a few months I received a document in the mail requesting I fill out all time missed from my job due to the presenting issue. Fast forward now, a total of 14 months and I received a letter with all of my medical records stating that they cannot take my case with NO explanation. How does this even happen?!? Horrible horrible experience. This office should be ashamed of themselves! What a waste of valuable time when I could have been 14 months into my case with someone else. Very very unprofessional! If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and find a good one, because this office is not it!
