I would HIGHLY recommend Darren for any reckless driving cases. I was caught speeding at a very high rate, a very high rate and he got me off with a low fine considering what could have been an extremely large fine and possible jail time. I retained Mr. Myers for my 2nd DUI within 10 years about a year ago and was not very satisfied. I honestly felt taken at the end of the case. Everytime I called I had to refresh him on who I was. If he was truly giving my case the proper attention you would think my name would at least ring a bell. After many times of me calling to check on the status of my case and to see if he ever got a chance to watch the arresting officers dash cam video, he was just finally like "well, you were drunk". NEWS FLASH!!!! that's why i'm paying you $2,500. I kept asking what he thought might happen and he would reply that he had to review my file. After months of him kind of giving me the run around about things I even told him that I could go to jail on my own that I didn't have to pay 2,500 for that. Finally, I go to court on Oct, 19th 2017 and before we go into the courtroom he says the lady DA, who turned out to not even at court that day is tough and will not budge. So, that would mean he had already knew my fate prior or he just sold me out and took the first offer the young man that was there offered because there was no lady even there. He then looked at me and said well, I mean you cant try to fight it but that's up to you. I honestly felt like he wasn't going to really to be very helpful at this point so I just said lets move forward. I even asked for him to see if I could get weekends and he said that Stafford did not offer weekends, just for me to be locked up with people doing weekends!!
At the end of this I paid $2,500 to Darren just to still do 10 days in jail, have months of Vasap classes, court costs and fines, and still had the interlock for 6 months. All of which would have happen if I went with no lawyer at all.

Horrible service! I would not recommend! I went to court on a traffic violation and lost. I have to pay $1500.00 to the person who said I “hit her”. My lawyer Darren Meyers never even asked for estimates or pictures of the car. When I asked him for this info his response was “They did not provide that information”. REALLY ...... that is YOUR job to obtain that information. I THOUGHT that the $1500.00 I paid you would be used more for my case. Instead I never seen him until the day of the court date and he told me to plead guilt because it would be best! Don’t use him ever!!!!!!!!

I didn’t know where to start and I contacted several attorneys that were just outrageous in price.
