I would like to take a moment to review Mr. Rosal and his office. I hope it helps you if you need an attorney for a will issue. My father passed away about one year ago, and Mr. Rosal helped him with his will and other documents. He was very happy with his service and always told his friends about him. Since I lived out of state I had a telephone conference with him and he was very detailed on what would need to be done to transfer the assets in my Father’s name to myself, and brothers and sisters. I hired him to handle the Probate of the will, he was appointed personal representative since I was out of state, and I have to say everything was completed in a very timely and efficient manner. He handled the sale of one home, helped clean out two properties and handled the donation of many items. In my job I deal with lawyers all the time, and I can say for a fact that none of them respond to emails or phone calls faster than he does. Always the same day and usually within a half hour. Finally, perhaps most important his fees are reasonable for the work performed. If you need a Probate lawyer or someone to handle an estate I can highly recommend him.

You have been warned ~ First he made my dads will that I took back to him after he passed away. The person who answered the phone was VERY RUDE to me especially JUST after he passed. I went to him anyway and he too was RUDE and we ended up walking out. After going to 2 other attorneys, their first question was who wrote the will that is just terrible and contradicting in every way. Just so unprofessional, it will have to be taken to a judge to decide what the heck he might of wanted.
I didn't know how bad the will was until I got another opinion.
DONT be sorry and make the mistake we made going to him.

Attorney Rosal handled the probate of my mother's estate and I could not be more pleased. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and was able to explain the legal nuances of probate law in a way even a lay person like myself could understand. I had a problem with property and other bills that were affecting my credit. I saw Mr. Rosal's sign and decided to walk in . What an honest, and dedicated lawyer this man is? He told me what to expect, guided me through the process, and was there for me with all the answers I needed to my questions. My bankruptcy was taken care of in very little time, and all that I needed discharged, were taken care of. I would recommend Mr Rosal to anyone who needs his service.

What a wonderful stress free bankruptcy with Mr. Rosal. I had another attorney who has 2 offices but he cost me my credit rating,.the loss of my truck and almost my house. Mr.

He lied to me about what could be discharged in my Chapter 7. My case was discharged and now I still owe the important debts. I am out 1500.00. He tried to get 75.00 more for a legal document he said I would need to prove my debts were discharged. I did not find out what a fraud he was until I contacted the Clerk's office. I would run the other way if you want a good and honest lawyer.... Or a least one that is on your side after he takes 2 years of hard saved money. He is a scrub.
