We were involved in a group action to reclaim our property rights as riverside owners, since the County was claiming possession of the shore (and jeopardizing the continued ownership of our docks) due to an old road tracing from 1922 or so (the road never existed). We were lucky to have Mr. Lozeau help us in a very complex and unpleasant eviction case. Faced with a practiced fraudster whose specialty is threats and blackmail, and who fancies himself as a brilliant debate attorney, Mr. Lozeau showed calm, cool, perseverance, REAL legal knowledge and a refusal to be bullied and impressed in any way.
