Weird conversation with attorney Melissa Botiglione. The website states free consultation but she stressed payment first. She didn't even explain the process before asking for money. When I asked for a consultation before paying, she implied I was not being truthful. How insulting! I don't need to lie to the people I PAY to serve me. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone! Insulting, and all about the money!

I am adding this paragraph after the owners response. I am uncomfortable with the fact that the owner would post potentially confidential information from a confidential call in the review response online. Confidentiality may be a issue here. Anyone who post a negative review may have information from the call posted in the owners response. Also, the associate did not listen or effectively ask questions to determine my needs. The issue was the customer service. Owning up to it would be better than a response that tries to justify the inappropriate behavior.

Melissa has been a huge asset to our firm. She is a diligent worker, and our clients often sing her praise.
