Joseph Mcgrath was amazing! He is definitely someone I can count on. He was very easy to get a hold of whether or not if it was an email or a phone call, he would respond very quickly to you. My dad got a wrekcless ticket for a 90/60 and could have been facing jail time. I was so worried about my dad and thinking that he wasn’t going to be able to come home with me for the holidays. Mr. Mcgrath made sure that he listened to our story and gave us a list on what we needed to do in order to avoid any bad outcomes. He was very professional and came on time on our court date. He made sure that we were calm and that there is no need to stress. By the end of it all, my dad got his wreckless ticket lowered and walked out as a free man! Attention!!! He is the worst lawyer I have ever experienced. I went to him with my traffic case. I told him I was the victim of the officer pulling over the wrong car as I just turned down the street. We only communicated through email prior to the court date. I sent him all my evidence like my GPS screen shot for the case. Upon arriving to court, he sits me down and ask if I would be okay with driving school?! I told him NO! I have a plus five on my driving record. I could have gotten that with or without you. He didn’t bring any of the evidence and didn’t cross examine this officer her claimed to have known for years! He offered to give me my money back. I accepted and was very rude about it! Don’t hire him he doesn’t care much about the people he is representing and did a horrible job representing me and my character. He like to brag about knowing the police!! I would have written this sooner but now I’m filing against the city for his incident!! What a nightmare!!

A run in with R.P.D. left me with an “obstruction of justice & reckless driving charge”. Mr. McGrath took my case for a reasonable fee, he instructed me on what steps to take for my defense & kept me abreast of the status of the case, including a bad offer made by the prosecutor.
The obstruction case was dismissed & the reckless driving reduced to “improper driving” with the option of taking driving school to clear my record.
