I have not had a good experience with Bruce Russell!! He won’t return phone calls and according to his secretary he is never in the office so I’m not sure how he is suppose to serve the community when he won’t call you back. If he is too busy or doesn’t want the case then just let people know that. Horrible, horrible experience!

Takes your money, doesn’t communicate well. Didn’t explain the process to get my charges removed

Issue was resolved efficiently and effectively. Answered all of my questions returned all of my phone calls. Very knowledgeable and offered great guidance! I would recommend Bruce Russell to anyone in the south west Virginia area!

I was compelled to offer my experience with your stellar law firm after reading the unsavory one left by that questionable source, for I have received nothing short of personal attention to every detail of my case from Mr. Russell himself, who was either able to talk to me immediately when I contacted any of his offices, or who was always willing to follow-up with me--or ensure that my needs were taken care of by a representative of his firm immediately--if he was unavailable at that moment. I am impressed by his attention to detail, his consummate professionalism, and his impressive legal prowess. I paid in full $1500 for Bruce to represent me. I never seen him or met Bruce. He would always make me communicate through another one of his people. As if he is too busy for a 5 minute phone call. I called around to multiple law firms in the area, and everyone was charging $600-$1200 for a simple ticket. But the way one of the lawyers spoke to me on the phone, made me believe that they were the ones I needed to hire, and that Bruce H. Russell plays golf with the judge, used to be the district Attorney and a bunch false information that I believed. I wasn't expecting to be ripped off like this, I paid more because I expected excellent service. At least a phone call from lawyer (Bruce), but no, maybe if I paid a few hundreds more he would have probably texted me, idk. In the end, I paid the $1500 to Bruce, plus another $1160 court fines that could have been reduced if Bruce just tried defending me. This law firm is a total ripoff and they're getting away with it. Take my advice, if you get a ticket, and you get a letter in the mail saying that Bruce Russell used to be the District Attorney, and is the one to hire to help you, and he can get all the charges dropped, you might as well bend over for him, because thats what he did to me and never heard from him. Stay far away, very bad business practice.
