Steve is someone I highly recommend and will continue to reach out to him in our time of needs. I highly respect him and his firm and appreciate him deeply for his help and how long he stood on our case.
Not mention he worked with me on making payments. How great of a firm is that! And our outcome was a happy one! So THANK YOU Steve.

Thank u for your good work and help!
It was greatly appreciated! And I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal help!
Mr.Perry, by far was the most thorough attorney I’ve worked with.
I would highly recommend him.
If I needed him again I would not hesitate.
He’s honest and straight to the point.
Rittgers. They are both so kind, professional, so quick to respond to emails and are on top of everything. It was amazing and a pleasure working with them. The results were great.
We love you Matt!!
My lawyer Ed Perry successfully was able to get my D.u.i. charge lowered down to a reckless operation. Ed knows his stuff. He was extremely ingenuitutive, he thought about every angle of my case and various solutions.
I couldn’t have imagined my case going as well as it did, and it wasn’t just luck. It couldn’t have possibly gone better. I’m convinced! On top of the glowing verdict, Ed was polite, kind, and always prompt if I had questions about anything. He made the whole unpleasant experience tolerable.
With my goals, or anyone’s, the charge I could have recieved would have had a very negative impact on my future opportunities. I feel like I have a new lease on life!
Anyways, I couldn’t be more grateful.
-Thank you Ed!

From the first meeting with Eric, it was clear that working with him was the right choice and that was confirmed throughout our entire working relationship when, at every turn, he and Daphne handled every single facet of the case from medical bills (often getting the costs reduced!) to communications with the insurance companies so that I barely had to lift a finger. Now, just over a year since the accident, the case is resolved and I was able to receive the maximum payout from both the at-fault party's insurance as well as my own. Things literally could not have gone any better.
I had in previous years filed a claim with disability with another lawyer that had little to no interest in me, my condition nor his preparation to defend my case. Out of respect I will not mention his name. What I can say is I lost my case.
Over the years my rare condition continued to take a toll on my body.
By this time I was introduced to the Rittgers & Rittgers Attorney office in Lebanon, Ohio. I was wheeled in by my wife in a wheel chair and my wife submitted all information we had on my condition and previous outcomes of physicians findings.
Eric being a disability lawyer looked over the compiled paperwork and took my case upon his visual acknowledgement to my needs.
At my hearing it went well. He had his notes at hand and collaborated between the judge and myself with professional poise and stayed focused.
After 10 years from the onset of my condition which Eric worked the last 2 years diligently. My case was ruled I was disabled by law.
Eric a Kudo's shout out for your service rendered to me.
The best decision I could have made when it comes to hiring someone to represent me in court. Steve saved my future for me and what I wanted to do. He's always communicating with you and making sure you are both on the same page. He's also very cooperative and understanding when it comes to payments. Rate 10/10. I would recommend him to everyone. He works hard and does his job very well.
Charlie's skill, experience, and background made him a no-brainer for me when choosing counsel, but what ended up defining my experience was the way he treated me throughout the entire process. I've been acquainted with Charlie for years (friends of friends, seeing him out and about), but he treated me like a friend and took great care to make sure I was "okay", not just in terms of the outcome of my case but also my stress & anxiety as it related to the ordeal. He seemed to genuinely care about my well-being, and wasn't just going through the motions.
I sent him many long, bulleted emails with questions and concerns, and he painstakingly answered every single one with the reassurance that I was not bugging him. He spoke with me kindly and treated me like a peer, not a "less-than". I felt (and feel) like I can trust him to do right by me, and at no point did I feel like anything he did or advice he gave was self-serving, which is more than I can say for a lot of lawyers.
I've had many other experiences with attorneys over the years (personal relationships. being involved in others' divorce proceedings, contract law, business matters, two of my best friends are attorneys, etc) and I've seen a lot of attorney-client relationships be very matter-of-fact, poorly managed, cold, and even patronizing or dismissive. I understand that sometimes this is by design, but for me that would have made an already stressful experience infinitely worse. I couldn't be happier with my choice to hire Charlie and his team to represent me, and would recommend him to anyone.
I was a little nervous the first time that I went to meet with my attorney, Eric Allen, but I immediately felt comfortable with him and the meeting went well and I left feeling at ease to go through with this process.
Over time I had questions abut the process and my case and I would phone the office. I always received a prompt phone call back from Daphne, the para legal , answering my questions and putting me at ease.
Excellent service from Rittgers & Rittgers!! I can't say enough about the care and consideration that they provided me with during this trying time.
