I ran into a bit of legal trouble with a OVI and was represented by Charlie Rittgers. He was up front with me from the second I initially called him (he answered at 10PM on a Sunday). He gave me a price quote to represent me, it was a fair price and there was no additional fees added on later which some places seem to do. I got the call that every parent dreads: their son has been in a bad accident on the other side of the country and is being rushed to the ER. I got there as fast as possible and was grateful he was alive and receiving excellent care. Attorney Eric Allen and his paralegal Daphne were WONDERFUL to work with. My case (involving a car accident, multiple surgeries, physical therapy, etc.) was completely overwhelming to me having never dealt with such a thing before.

I had in previous years filed a claim with disability with another lawyer that had little to no interest in me, my condition nor his preparation to defend my case. Out of respect I will not mention his name. What I can say is I lost my case.
