I’d recommend GTA to anyone I’m need of Counsel. They stood with me throughout my case and in many ways saved my life.
In moving forward with the appeals process, I found myself feeling disappointed and unsure...but absolutely certain I wanted, and needed, guidance from experts in the field.
After doing some research, and calling a couple of other firms, I decided to go with Grimes Teich Anderson.
My first visit was scheduled with Mr. Brian Buchanan, who made me feel welcome, and at ease. Throughout Mr. Buchanan’s representation of me
I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, informative, and always kind. The staff always available, attentive, and courteous.
Their level of expertise made all the difference, during a very uncertain period of my life.
The outcome of my case has been a positive one, and I will forever be grateful to all involved for any efforts made on my behalf.
I highly recommend Mr. Brian Buchanan, his team, and the firm of Grimes Teich Anderson.

I thought I would do it myself before we met Tod and hindsight being 20/20 no way I pull this off myself given time constraints and lack of knowledge about the process (even after 15 years in the system).
If you’re a long time Veteran and know/feel that you should get more from the VA you should contact the team at GTA. The payment to them (it was a major concern for me) is well worth it and straightforward. No tricks, games or hidden fees. All you have to do is make your VA appointments and fill out the paperwork the rest is taken care of. I live in CO as well, so no need to be in the Carolinas.
Now if you’re reading this and think I’m some type of paid endorser, shenanigans. I’m happy to be a reference for them if they say they will take your case and you’re still on the fence you can ask for my contact info. If anything changes, as a Veteran you have my word I’ll update this review.

P.S.
ANNA HAMRICK, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, AND YOU KNOW WHY! I AM SO VERY SORRY!
Hank has been handling WC injury cases for may years and knows all the new NC statutes concerning WC! He is responsive via telephone and E-mail, and if he can’t answer the phone (if he’s with another client or in court), he returns calls in a timely manner, even after normal business hours! His staff was available via telephone and E-mail as well.
Hank took a personal interest in me as a person and client, and was genuinely concerned about my initial injury, resulting surgery, arduous rehabilitation, and eventual settlement. Speaking of settlements, Hank did not rush me into any settlement. To the contrary, he advised there was no rush to settle even though he doesn’t get paid until the case is over!
But once we agreed to settle, Hank presented a fair settlement offer to the workers compensation carrier and after a few back and fourths, called me with the results, in just a couple of days! He documented and substantiated specific claim information to the workers compensation adjuster helping her to better understand my specific injury. And that yielded a very favorable settlement for me!
Thank you Henry Teich & Staff!
With time running out, Mr. Teich put a stop to their underhanded attempts to cut my benefits. I would have been forced to pay for thousands of dollars in medical expenses out of my pocket, for the rest of my life. Mr. Teich has had my back since April 2005. If I had to use one word to describe Mr. Henry Teich, it would be 'Honesty". If I could use more than one word..I could write a book. He is impeccable.
I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. Without his help I now would be destitute...Sleeping under a bridge.
Before you sign anything...do yourself a favor, talk with Mr. Henry Teich. You won't regret it. SIRIO ORIANI
Mr. Teich and the personnel at Grimes Teich Anderson guided me through this process, assisted me in getting my medical needs met in a timely fashion, constantly keeping me aware of the progress in my case, and at all times treating me with respect and dignity. Mr. Teich patiently explained every step I could anticipate regarding the process of my worker's compensation claim from beginning to settlement. I was encouraged to put my medical needs at the forefront of my concerns and was able to do that because I knew that the complicated process of my worker's compensation claim was in good and knowledgeable hands.
More than once when my medical concerns were not being addressed adequately or being delayed a phone call in the morning would result in those concerns being resolved before the end of the day. Every call to Mr. Teich or his staff was promptly returned; assistance, advocacy and or needed information was forthcoming, usually before the end of the day.
I appreciate most that Mr. Teich was able to handle my case with integrity, negotiating a settlement that was fair and reasonable. I was able to retain that good relationship with my employer because of Mr. Teich's position as an intermediary. More importantly, thanks in large part to Mr. Teich as well as my employer, I received the finest medical care available and will continue to have access to medical resources in order to have the best possible quality of life. While I will always be affected adversely by the injury that I sustained, I know that the quality of my life now and in the future is better as a result of having had Mr. Teich represent me.
I would encourage anyone who has suffered a workplace injury to recognize the need for an advocate and would recommend Mr. Henry Teich and the firm of Grimes Teich Anderson without reservation.
