Good attorney with a very helpful legal assistant. If you are in a divorce case, this is the lawyer you want.

He is especially good in contested divorce cases involving child custody. I get to have my son with me just as often as his mother.

I used his services for divorce and child custody. He did a fine job with both. I would use him again.

Dealing with Arthur while he represented me during my divorce was the most stressful, frustrating experience of my entire life. I was forced to fire him after 7 months of inaction on his part in properly representing me. During that time I lost tens of thousands of dollars in marital assets. He didn't return calls or e E mails in a timely manner. At first, I thought he was just lazy or put me on the back burner. Then in our last meeting together, he asked me the exact same question 4 times in a span of 15 minutes, I realized there was something more to his apathy in my case. That was our last meeting together and now I am suing him for malpractice and reporting him to the Tn. Bar Association.
