Justin T. Nance is awful, he will never return phone calls. He never told the prosecutor I was a veteran nor did he fight for anything.

He is knowledgeable, but his communication skills needs work.

I would not recommend using this law office. We sold and bought a home last November, and at the request of our buyers, we used these closing attorneys. This turned out to be a bad decision for a couple of reasons. At closing, I was advised by the closing attorney to go in January to file a homestead exemption; not knowing any better, I followed this advice and missed getting the Homestead exemption for 2019. Once I did try to go to file exemption, I found that this firm had filed the title and mortgage paperwork in the correct county. It took several calls and a few trips over to their office to get this fixed. Not a great experience and, altogether, it had a negative impact on us financially (to the tune of $2,000 in additional property tax).

These guys are great for real estate closings and I am sure for the other ares of law that they practice as well. They have a down-home, deep south lawyer feel. What does that mean? They come across actually caring about you (you can tell by the fact that they respect your time, start when they should, don't gouge you, and are fun to be around). You can call this group with questions that are simple and not be expected to get a bill for some crazy amount!!! Also, when they close, their rates are extremely competitive. I.e., it seemed that many places hiked their rates with new TRID laws, not Brinkley & Brinkley. They kept offering the same great service at the same incredible price. Very experience and local group of lawyers. I would suggest calling them if you have questions.
