Jim is a good guy who will take the time to talk with you and work on your problems. I have had lawyers in the past who you would never talk with. It is not like that with Jim. He is the only lawyer in his office and he deals with you personally.

I was working for a big box pharmacy when I was injured on the job. I did not receive immediate compensation fro what I thought would be a routine inquiry from my injury. I was told that no matter what I didn't qualify for any
pay or payment of bills due to my own fault. I felt that it was NOT my own fault and found Mr. Spears. He listened to what happened and told me to not worry. WIthin a matter of 6 months I had my bills paid and money from the accident. No I did NOT go for millions...just what was owed me. Mr Spears cared about me.
