My experience with Lisa Conner was awesome! My divorce was very challenging at times but she was ready to go to war and that's the type of attorney I needed. She was very hands on and every time I reached out to her (day or night) she was available. If you are looking for an attorney that's going to get the job done and have your best interest at heart please contact Lisa Conner.

Our experience with Conner and Roberts was wonderful. They really made us feel like we were in good hands. We were grateful for the way our situation was handled. They bring a personal touch to each case that you won’t get at other firms.
Lisa Conner is a phenomenal attorney! She was professional, intelligent and helpful during one of the worst times in my life. Lisa and her staff guided me through the divorce and court proceedings with the utmost professionalism and care. I highly recommend Lisa and the law office of Conner & Roberts.

My experience with Conner and Roberts is well worth sharing. They was the second law firm i went to, they offered a reasonable price, great service, and was right on point with time. My first visit was in August, made the 1st payment in October, and divorced in January. They are very kind and straight to the point. Thank you Conner and Roberts coming from a satisfied client.

The first time I met Lisa, during the consultation, I found that she was very easy to talk to. This is very important to me. I shared my story with her and with compassion and guidance, she told me what my options would be. Divorce after 22 years is not an easy or quick process. Many times I had anxiety and she was there with me every step of the way. If you are having to go through a divorce and don’t know which way to turn, I highly recommend Lisa and her team. She will be honest with you and help you get what you need to continue your life after divorce.

I highly recommend Lisa Conner! She worked with me for a year and a half and I have noting but the highest respect for her and her incredible office staff. She is very educated in the law, but what's more is that she knows the system. Lisa knew when we needed to be patient and when it was time to be aggressive and she fought for me and my interests the entire time. I ended up getting exactly what I told her I wanted in our first consultation. Responses to emails and calls were always same day and all questions/concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. The circumstances were unfortunate and I would never want to go through them again, but I am so glad to have had Conner & Roberts representing me.

Lisa Conner is easily the best lawyer in Chattanooga. She is understanding, caring and compassionate, and argues cases in court better than anyone. She takes the time to listen, gives excellent advice, and is always ready to take action firmly and professionally. She put an end to years of stress for my daughter and I, and has given my daughter a future and a hope that she didn't have before. Lisa is readily available when needed and goes above and beyond what any other lawyer would. Hiring Lisa was the best decision I have ever made. She's also followed up since the case ended to check on both me and my daughter, and for that we are truly appreciative.

Ms. Conner is honest, upfront, and fair. She ALWAYS answered my calls and emails. Mr. Roberts filled in when Ms. Conner was on another case and she didn't miss a thing. Both of these women are talented and professional. I always felt like I was more than a client, and they cared about me and my case. I am VERY thankful I chose them and have recommended them several times.

Lisa Conner represented me in my divorce and I couldn't be more satisfied. After listening to the horror stories of my friends' divorces, I was very nervous about the entire process. My first meeting with Lisa put my mind at ease. She gave me great legal and personal advice during this very stressful and emotional time. She considered the financial aspects of my divorce as well as the emotional impact on my son and counseled me on what was best for all involved. I truly feel that because of Lisa's experience and skill, my divorce could not have gone more smoothly and fairly.

By far the best attorney in Chattanooga. I call her my bulldog attorney, because that's exactly what she is. She handled my two year long divorce and the aftermath of it. She was the calm to every ounce of my crazy. She was always prompt in returning my calls and emails, even if it was just a quick one to reassure me that everything would be fine. She knows the law and follows it, and guided me in the process throughout it all. I trusted her with my life, and she would be the only one I could count on if I had to to do it all over again.

I refer all of my family and friends to Conner & Roberts. Go see them, They're AWESOME!!!!

I actually have talked with your firm many times- I’m not sure if that’s considered a “dealing” or not. Bailey was nothing but nice, If it weren’t for her I would have given one star. But you were actually representing a client of mine during a bankruptcy and sale of home. Eventually you refused to help my client because I believe we contacted you all too many times. Regardless, you left my client and everyone involved in this transaction high and dry, forcing us to find another attorney. We worked with you for 60 days and you could never get us the documentation needed for the sale. After you refused to work with my client, we found another one that was able to get the necessary documents within 3 days. I have never once written a bad review on anything on google- you guys made me feel obligated to write my first. Clearly you don’t know your clientele very well if you said you have never spoken to me- when I have talked to you every week for the last month.

My ex-husband and I were separated for a few years knowing that one day we would need to go through the process of divorce. I kind of dreaded it because I thought I would have to figure out all of the messy details on my own. I was so happy to find Lisa Conner. When we met in her office she provided me with all of the questions that needed to be answered and together we figured everything out at that first meeting. Lisa really knows her stuff! I also worked with other staff members - Mary and Maria - and they were always so helpful. I appreciate them too.

I would give zero stars if it were possible!
This week was the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney in my nearly two decades of work within the judicial system. Attorney Lisa Conner exhibited unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical behavior, including the use of physical force upon me, and then called law enforcement during my appointment for a consultation with her firm.
In my case, I was the paying party for a potential client of Lisa Conner. The potential client and I searched for local divorce attorneys and decided to consult with several firms in order to obtain a fair assessment of how they conduct business and to obtain a level of comfort with them before hiring them for her pending divorce.
The potential client requested that I attend the consultation with her due to my experience with judicial matters and her level of anxiety with the matter. Several law firms were more than happy to accommodate the request as long as they received authorization from the potential client. When the potential client was finally summoned back for the consultation at Lisa Conner’s firm, I was informed that I would not be allowed to be present as it was the policy of the attorney to not allow anyone other than the client to attend. I then informed the receptionist that I was the party paying the fee and if I would not be allowed to attend, as the potential client requested, we would not be interested in proceeding. If the attorney would like to honor the free consultation that would be up to her and the potential client, but if I was going to take financial responsibility, I wanted to know who I was hiring. The receptionist claimed she informed Lisa Conner and she responded that she would not refund the $200 payment. I stated that I had been very respectful and now I felt that I was not being respected regarding whether I wished to proceed, given my inability to meet the person who would be representing the divorce matter. I was again advised that Lisa Conner adamantly refused to refund the payment and the potential client would therefore be returned to the lobby. I waited for an extended period of time and it appeared that the consultation had proceeded, at which time I again inquired and was informed that a consultation had been initiated and no refund would be given. I then stated that I was not happy with the manner in which Lisa Conner conducted her business, and I felt I was misled and taken advantage of, since I informed them of my intentions at the onset of the consultation rather than after it had taken place.
A short time later the potential client and Lisa Conner arrived back in the reception area. I was told by Lisa Conner to leave her office immediately. I stated that I would be glad to leave upon receipt of my $200 consultation fee. Conner became agitated and demanded that I leave her office, as she proceeded around the reception desk, placed her hands on me and forcefully pushed me toward the door (which is criminal). I strongly advised Conner to “do not touch me!” Conner immediately requested her receptionist to call the police. I advised Conner that I would be more than glad to patiently wait for law enforcement to respond. Conner then stated that I needed to wait outside, which I complied with. I believe Lisa Conner attempted to bully and intimidate me, which did not work.
Chattanooga Police Officers responded to the location and obtained my statement as to what occurred. The Officers then met with the staff of the law firm and upon returning outside, I was informed that the version of events was just as I relayed to the officers. I also received my $200 check back. The staff appeared to be infuriated that they did not receive the response they expected from responding officers.
I am fortunate that I learned this lesson before entering into a contractual agreement with her. As always, conduct due diligence before trusting your matters to someone! “Buyer beware”

I had an appointment here at 3:00. I got there at 2:55. I waited in the waiting room for an hour with not so much as an I’m sorry for the wait after ONE HOUR. Then I was abruptly asked to reschedule (at 4:00). This wasted two hours of my day between the wait and travel time. I think an attorney’s office that doesn’t value my time is not someone I would want to work with. And neither should you....

Divorce...the end of an error. I could write forever on just how much Lisa helped me and my children thru this nightmare. From the first meeting, I knew she was the attorney for me. I'm very outspoken and tolerate very little. She seemed to know this and throughout the entire divorce process, she was always there to listen and never complained of my emails full of vents. She took great interest in the quality of life for my children and myself and for that I will always be grateful. The office ladies were awesome as well. I was told during my divorce that I had the better of the two attorneys and I will totally agree. I have already recommended Lisa to a couple of people I know and if you the reader are looking for a divorce attorney, give Lisa Conner a call. She will be remembered by me and my children for life!! I used Lisa Connor for my divorce. Only use this firm if you want to be treated rudely and want zero contact with them. No matter how many times I called and emailed, I never received a return call or email. I am a victim of emotional abuse and abandonment from my husband. For this I have been diagnosed with ptsd. The last time I called and expressed concern because I couldn’t contact Mrs. Connor, a week later I received a motion to withdraw. This came at a time when my therapy had to stop because the insurance my husband had on me, that was court ordered, didn’t cover anything. So not only was I sick and abandoned by my husband, my lawyer abandoned me as well. Take my advice and do not call this law firm.
