I used Elizabeth Perryman ("Lia") here for an estate probate matter. I highly recommend her, she had the most reasonable price for this and was fast and efficient, and answered some questions after she received final payment/ completed the job. Having had a negative experience previously with a lawyer that ended up charging me by the minute without letting me know beforehand, I was exceptionally happy with her reasonable cost, flexibility (willing to do everything over phone) and professionalism. Would recommend!

I don't recommend renting any commercial property from Me. Johnson. The experience was terrible. The shotty electric flickered and cut out regularly. Dripping cieling. Did not make repairs to building that lead to unsafe conditions. Like rodent & bug infestation and an intruder being locked in the building while I was there alone; followed with regular break ins when there were only 2 keys to my office.... Fraudulent complaints to cover his own negligence. Implied rules not in lease after the fact that conflicted with my business. Slum Lord would be the nicest thing I would say about Ashley Johnson.
