We encountered a situation in which the opposing party (crazy ex-husband) filed an emergency motion while my family and I were on our way out of town, on vacation. I googled attorneys in Miami while on the road, and he was one of the ones that popped up which inspired confidence in me. My husband and I called a multitude of attorneys (15+) in the Miami area hoping to get a call back from at least a couple of them, and he was the ONLY ONE who called back (himself, not his paralegal) within a reasonable amount of time (almost immediately). When we initially made contact, we had less than 9 hours to respond to the emergency motion. He got a quick background about our case and immediately went to work.
