I was involved in a 3 car pile up over a year ago and was contacted by a physical therapy place out of the 640 building off Broadway. They offered me services as well as 2 lawyers who wld be interested in representing me on my case. I was rear ended and both vehicles were refusing fault for the accident. Long story short, I did some therapy sessions and had a meeting with Attorney W. Frye to go over the details of filing against the other 2 parties. After 10 months of attempting to get in touch with Mr Frye and him refusing to return any of my calls or give me an update on the case, I fired him and hired Mr Roberto. I will be honest. I had no clue who to contact to help answer some questions about SS Disability and whether or not I was eligible. After a long career I left the workforce to concentrate on my own health needs. I was disabled since 1987 following an accident while serving overseas in the USAF. I didn't "want to be disabled but I was. I managed to keep switching job positions to help me to continue in the workforce. 2016, following a layoff, I was truly spent. I couldn't continue, physically. Early in 2018, the VA rated my physical deteriation as total & Unemployable. They told me that I may eligible to apply for SS Disablity based on my career length (32 yrs total). I was denied, I appealed and was denied a second time. I needed some help.

They explained the entire process and said that they will do the leg work to get my case before a Judge. To sum yp, Mr. ROBERTO represented me well before the Judge and I was awarded Disability. Although it may not be a "job" per say, I now have dignity knowing I had worked many years, and that I am now receiving monthly payment for some of that money that I had contributed over those 32 years of gainful employment.
