If I could give them negative stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews for this law office instead trusting word of mouth. I did all the work sending in information. They are terrible about returning phone calls, half the time I call and no one answers, I have NEVER spoke to the attorney that I hired. When I choose to end representation with them because of the poor job they have done they informed me that they were still going to take a cut of my backpay if I won with hiring another attorney. If they were doing their job in the first place, I would not have had to change lawyers. Do not hire this lawyer.

My attorney does a great job and even has a tree decorated with a llamas. No drama.

I would give more stars if I could for Michael Sullivan and his staff at Sullivan Law Office. I went to them after my doctor put me off work indefinitely....basically said I was not going back to work. I went to Mr. Sullivan with a grocery list of hard to prove disabilities, a long term disability insurance that was jerking me around and a job that was going to put me on "administrative leave and then let me go after 30 days" while on LTD. Mr. Sullivan and his Associates went to battle for me.....we fought for 3 years when ALL was said and done. During that time, I was awarded a settlement from the LTD insurance, my job did end after the LTD ran out, but that was a given, and the attorney handling my Disability case was able to prove that my disabilities are legitimate.

Sullivan Law Office only practices Disability Law. If they don't think they can help you, they will tell you straight up. If you go to them and they take your case, they will work hard for you and do everything that needs to be done to get you a positive outcome. I trust them and highly recommend them should you need their services. They are very successful at what they do. 10 stars in my book!

It wasn’t until we were set to go in front of the judge that the attorney realized I had still been working. He told me it was no point of going in front of the judge even though all my ailments might constitute a win. Had they kept in touch like I attempted to do with them, they would’ve known that I had to work in order to pay my bills, copays and medicine! Not to mention that the entire was smug and told me I wasted his time.

I have been trying to find a way to get back to normal after a surgery was not the right decision for my care. I call Sullivan for an update and you can always tell that they are smiling on the other end of the phone. I have always felt like I was helped and my questions (and I am a talker who asks a million questions) were answered sufficiently and correct. Coming up on a Judge hearing soon and I hope this Judge is ready for this law firm, because they are ready for me!

I drove a friend with cancer to Sullivan Law Office. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was very easy to find.

Once you file with them they're there for your money is the way I feel. I've had to move sell my house had car repossessed in a period of three years. Call them they say just hang in there I think they're looking at their percentage the longer it lasts the more they make need to put a little heart into it instead of just pocketbook

Very unhappy with my service and treatment from the Firm. I came to them with a case back in June and was working with one of the attorneys, Elizabeth. The day I went into the office was fine - she was engaged, seemed to care - so I signed a contract and hired the office. Afterwards all contact stopped. I couldn’t get a phone call or return email, almost as if she dropped off the face of the earth! Now I understand people get busy and attorneys have more than one client, but you would think that in four months I could get a return call or email. I also understand things with cases take time, but that shouldn’t be a reason to not call someone back, especially after so long.

Use caution when choosing this firm.

I have wasted 3 years. I couldn't even have a conversation with out being interrupted every 10 seconds. I was uncomfortable the entire time and not once did i feel confident that i was going to win. It was all a terrible time for me and i regret every second i wasted there.

They did not spend enough time reviewing details of all my records. I had to represent myself. The people that work there are incompetent.

The worse consultation I never got! But sure seemed I did to the letter I recieved... Never met with no one!
