I contacted the office after a bad wreck. Broken neck, skull fractures, right arm broke in 4 places, chronic migraines due to brain nerve damage.
Was told they could not help me. I later hired Joshua Daum from the office of Haddad/Adams. He got my disability.
So if they dont think their money is there they won't help you.

Helpful but not if there's a problem getting back pay. They don't help.

I called to ask for a consultation. Receptionist was very short, rude and not accommodating in the least. Seemed to have no interest in taking my information.

He is a very good disability lawyer I used a few years ago for my workman's comp and I didn't like the outcome. He did not do workers comp which is good but he will get you your disability very good at that.

One of, if not the best, disability attorneys in the Louisville, KY area. Very thorough and always updated me when anything happened with my case. He was able to get my disability on the first try, which is incredibly hard to do. Yes I cant walk and am paralyzed, but still, dealing with Social Security is a horrible experience to have to go through. Thank God that I had an excellent lawyer on my side!

What he claims on his tv commercials is the exact opposite of what he really does. He does not check to see that the client has everything needed to win a case. He gives false hope without checking documentation. I learned more from the internet about presenting a disabilities case than I was provided by Mr Sullivan. He obviously only wins the easiest of cases. He is rude, condescending, and ineffective.

As far as the place itself, it's a nice, clean professional setting. As far as the initial quality of service, for me it isn't great. I would expect the case workers to contact individuals awaiting their hearing and determination letter. Even if just to ask if anything has changed with medical/hospitalization/or even if the client is still alive.
I have personally "never" seen Michael Sullivan at the facility. Only on his TV commercials.

There is no doubt my wife didn't deserve disability benefits. Words from Michael Sullivan. After denial at the hearing and the appeal she is still suffering with GADS. I live with her and see every day her suffering. I thank God for what he has done for us so we can carry on with life. No thanks to the Sullivan Law Office.

Make as many doctor visits as possible and keep them,never cancel!!!...believe me Michael Sullivan is one of the best attorneys..

Dropped my daughters case at the last phase of the process. He did file for an appeal but then dropped the case leaving my daughter legally helpless for the duration of the process.
Has not returned any of my (3) call for where we go from here advice.
