Absolutely pathetic in handling wife's case. Over 8 months of dealing with their third string, they dump the case to some second rate firm. Communication is terrible, timeliness terrible and overall, performance is sub par. Seem more interested in social justice warrior issues than tending to paying clients. Avoid like the plague. Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers are THE BOMB !!!! I was rear-ended by a semi truck. The police report declared that I was at fault . We have been going back and forth with the trucking company for literally a year now (my wreck was 08/03/18); however the Aguiar Lawyers did not let up or back down. They called or emailed to provide me with updates at least bi-weekly. I finally received my settlement yesterday and the trucking company admitted fault. I would choose Aguiar Lawyers again any day.

I had a great experience working with Jon at the Aguilar law office. He was very receptive in assisting me with our case. He answered all of my questions and was diligent in following up with me. Do not recommend. Sam aguiar lawyers poorly managed our case, came back with a low ball offer and then they had people harass us on Facebook when we expressed concern. They even went so far as to defend the person who tried to hurt our family. Avoid at all costs

Case was horribly mismanaged by Jordan and Jon, they even got their family/friends to harass us on Facebook when we originally expressed concern. Nobody replied to us for almost 3 months after our case was opened until I wrote a poor review on Facebook, and then they wondered why I was mad. Avoid avoid avoid. These people are just trying to push you to accept whatever pathetic offer they can get for some quick $.
