I have not worked with this firm, but they have an employee by the name of Amy who does not represent them well in or out of work. She harasses me constantly and then today, while at her job, she dragged her coworker, Daisha, into her messy ways. Clearly the firm needs to have a better idea of what their employees do and how they are being represented.

I have been a client of Onder Law since September or October of 2018. They were quick to send me out papers saying that I have hired them but have been slow every since. We are going into February of 2019 and I have yet to be informed if I even have a case. They lost the 1st set of medical records I sent them. So I had to resend them and make sure that someone signed for them. I understand that cases are not settled overnight but I would like to know something. I wanted to get the email address of the person that I speak with all the time cause it's easier to communicate that way
Ppl have questions that come to them at random times. This person must be tired all the time or just like being rude. I'm in my 50's and don't think no one should be talked down too. If I'm able to say yes ma'am to you then do the same thing in return. Her bottom line to me was just sit back and wait call me and I'll get back with you when I can. Not professional at all. At this point one or two things will happen: they will drop me or hurry up with my case.

Lets see here I was fired for coming in to help out on weekend after I was asked to by 2 people in charge
Leaving for 1.5 hours on a Sunday for lunch and not reporting it when time wasn't even due yet and I have proof in my Google time line that my car never moved the whole entire day and they provided lunch for us

Also listening to music on head phone the company provides to me and also stated by someone in charge that it was okay to do so. I was only grieving the loss of a love one and toning out a rude temp.
Also they stated I used the company phone to call my son and advise him of my work number
No one every advised me of any of these things that I actually did do being company policy and I was only there less than a week. The person I reported to Day one name is Gina I advised her this is a personal attack because she was upset I was given permission to do all of the above true statements she just had no knowledge of it. This was unfair and no one followed up on the accusation. I asked her was it personal and she denied of course. Can we say power struggle. Honey no one wanted your little power. You could have simply advised of how u want things ran in someone else's law firm. Also it may be a good idea for the seasoned lawyers to close the door when the speak Of Jim Onder and Mark so You make sure not to stress out the new employees. All Gene Nancy and Cole did at the new office was speak badly about the head people in charge and stressed the new people out

Contacted twice about my case. First told not eligible then next told that situation had changed , gathered information for an hour , said we qualified and she was sending the form to be signed. All of a sudden a stranger came on phone and said we did not meet guidelines etc. I would NEVER use this firm. O if I could.

Very disappointed with this firm. Their paralegal assistants have poor communication skills or this firm had too many cases to look at.

Its hard just to talk to someone right away I have to leave a message and then usually I don't get a call back until later in the week

This is the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Immediate contact, then nothing. These people should be barred from doing business.

The Onder Group was a fair company. They are conveniently located and easy to see. No complaints and do recommend them.
