Mr. Marshall is a wonderful lawyer and wonderful man. He has been such a blessing to my family. He helped me thru a very tough case. I would definitely recommend this man. He is very competent!! 5 stars all the way!

As long as you keep your expectations low won't be disappointed. Paid the man over $9000.00 and ended up with the same results as offered by court system without him. This man is a waste of your money.

Mr. Marshall and his staff are great, reasonable and very knowledgeable. Mr. Marshall and his staff were honest, worked extremely hard on my case and made me feel very comfortable while walking through a horrible and highly contentious divorce. Mr. Marshall’s assist was vital in helping discover hidden issues in my case. I was very pleased with Mr. Marshall and highly recommend him.

Don't waste your time or money. Mr Marshall will tell you one thing and after you hire him, he will do another.
Communication with clients is lacking. Communication with opposing counsel seems to be his main focus as it didn't take long for him to make me feel like he was against my case for custody....
He soon after withdrew as counsel and returned my retainer in check. I waisted time, energy and money cashing his check.
Personally I don't see how he's remained in practice for so long.

Hired Mr. Marshall to handle my recent divorce and was very pleased with the service. Mr. Marshall was patient in explaining the process and answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner. Very easy to communicate via emails and texting since that fit my work schedule, and Melissa, his assistant, was a delight to work with. Very flexible with scheduling, and while the procedure was a tad pricey given that my case was very simple and straightforward (no children, uncontested, no opposing counsel for my ex) you do get what you pay for. Definitely recommend!
