What I thought would be a stressful process ended up being a learning experience. The office employees are very thorough an explained all of my options. The attorney Mr. Patel was very straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything. I hired the Patel Firm in April as my injury attorney after being in an auto accident in Austin, TX. I was recommended to him by a friend, and I'm very happy I reached out and obtained his service.

I've used two other lawyers in the past, neither of which gave me the attention or insight I received from the Patel Firm. I didn't have to worry about setting up my appointments, talking to the other insurance, or anything at all. From the first minutes of me being in contact, I had a chiropractic appointment set up for me- and they found one for me in between my work and home to make sure this incident didn't interfere with my life.

The staff here is wonderful (I worked with Minesh and Joann). I got weekly updates, as well as check ins (they really would just call me to make sure I was doing well, and that my chiropractor was doing a good job for me). Whenever I had a question, getting in contact was so much easier then my past experiences. If my call didn't go through the first time, I'd have a return phone call within minutes.

To sum it up, they were highly courteous, it was an effortless experience, the chiropractor they sent me to was amazing, and through the entire process I was treated like I mattered- never put on the back burner at any time in the 5 months it took to complete my case. I would recommend them to anyone, and have already made sure that all my friends and family have there contact information saved in there phone if there's ever an emergency.
