I’m a truck driver got a ticket in Laredo , TX the prosecutor insisted to proceed my case to a trial and didn’t offers any deal I went to the court and met Mr Goff in person for the first time honestly I was surprised I dealt with 2 attorneys before Mr Goff for different tickets but Mr Goff was different He was very respectful and humble , then before the trial starts we went to talk to both prosecutor and the judge I was listening he was on top of them he put them on the corner and the judge couldn’t say anything but dismiss the ticket before even the trial begins.

When I recently contacted Attorney Phillip Goff about obtaining an Occupational Driver's License, he explained the process to me and then asked me why I needed one. When I told him that I was pleading guilty to a DWI charge, he advised me to come talk to him about it. After our discussion at his office, I was convinced that I had a case and should fight the charge.

He explained that a DWI conviction amounts to much more than just short-term legal penalties such as fines, probation, community service or jail. As if these things weren't enough, a DWI would also result in non-legal consequences for years to come. That's because a DWI charge is a criminal charge and a DWI conviction becomes a permanent criminal record.

He went on to explain that virtually all employers and landlords run criminal background checks prior to choosing applicants, as do many banks and lenders. Increasingly, colleges, universities, scholarship, and financial aid programs are doing the same.
