If this group opposes cash bail, which has been around for ages for good reason, then they need to reexamine their thought process. If putting violent criminals and the like back on the streets without liability is a great idea and open to alternatives such as algorithms to base their decisions upon, then I would say consider the great effect and billions of tax dollars to fit the bill not to mention the greater effect on law enforcement of which my son is a part of and myself a bail surety agent. Do your research as to how hard the bail industry works to make certain people comply with their court dates and consequences. Next it will be algorithms after your job as well. Something to think about.

ArchCity Defenders are the real life Justice League! They are lawyers that put being real people first. They are genuine warm and inviting. They are sympathetic and understanding of the circumstances being a person of color or lacking financial resources can cause you to be preyed upon in St. Louis and they are here to do something about it. NOT just if you can get them a fat lawyers fee, but in the name of righteousness and justice they help anyone in need of legal and even life advise and counsel. Everyone in the office is really nice and helpful, they make you feel like part of a family, like your problems are their problems. They are the ONLY law firm in St. Louis out to seek justice and change for the residents of St. Louis in the name of doing what is right and fair. They restored my hope and faith in humanity, someone will help you JUST because you need it.

Although I have never had legal services from this law firm, I am very satisfied with the fact that they are going after this thing that I would like to call " North county justice". It is a very corrupt form of justice that targets primarily African Americans and the poor. Whether it involves traffic violations, local building codes, court proceedings, the civil rights of these individuals are constantly being violated. Arch City Defenders I believe has opened a very important door for blacks and the poor to stand against this unacceptable and unlawful behavior brought on by local law enforcement and corrupt municipal judges. I have witnessed at least five vehicle searches along St.Charles Rock road with in less than a have a mile of each other. All subjects were black. I am not going to sit back and watch business as usual take place. I intend to take part in seeing that this behavior stops,and I would be open to any suggestions by your law firm or any group out there looking to seek justice in north St.Louis county. Again, I appreciate Arch City Defenders for at least exposing the problem.

I was impressed at the attorney that has a plan to assist those with warrants for not appearing in court. It's going to take all walks of life with 'power' and access to make and create a more decent atmosphere in this world!
