Claimed charges were not political but agrees to drop charges if he steps down. I see what you did. You are corrupted.

Horribly ran office by the clown Kim Gardner. They let violent, persistent criminals walk and go after good politicians with zero evidence.

Allows a daycare to organize, and encourage a child fight club, captured on video, yet fails to bring any charges against those responsible.

That is not only failing in your duty, you are also encouraging child abuse to continue. Shame on you. You have an obligation to protect the children, not stand idly by and do nothing as children are abused on video.

Dereliction of duty at it's finest. How much did they pay you to not bring charges?

My case has been a long process with many hoops and hurdles to jump through and over. The victim services unit has been less than helpful with my case. The case was closed last May and my restitution of over $1800 has yet to be paid. I have not received a single cent, and every time I call the cao of St. Louis they get frustrated with me and send me one a circle of calls only to end up right where I started. I am not allowed to contact the probation officer and have no way of making sure that justice is going to be served. I will continue to keep on this case every month in order to make sure that this negligence does not happen to anyone else. My court case found the defendant guilty on 3 charges of felony burglary and he is free to roam the streets of St. Louis without being punished at all. If you are reading this, I hope you can find a way to move out of this city before something like this happens to you or your loved ones.

Not letting the political and racial biases impact doing a good job for the community. Kudos to the Circuit Attorney's Office led by Kim Gardner, a much needed breath of fresh air for the City of St. Louis. New Leadership for a new day.
