Terrible, they never returned a call after taking my info. Younglady stated someone would call within 10 days but know one ever did. I lost my case with the unemployment svc......

I was stuck living away from my uninhabitable apartment for 2 months while they attempted, yet never completed repairs. They took my case no problem; and my attorney, Mrs. Nicole Smith is the kindest, hardest-working attorney I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Besides taking on my legal case; She has also shown compassion and interest in my quality of life during this time of transition. I am so very thankful they exist and that I was matched with Attorney Nicole Smith!

My elderly mother called to get some assistance on a case, and the woman that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY curt and impatient. She identified herself as Ms. Jones when I called back to find out who she was, and if, in fact that is her name, then I strongly recommend that Ms. Jones be retrained in customer service and learn how to properly channel and direct whatever her frustrations may be. I am adding one star because we did get the information that we were seeking.

I hope that they are able to assist me, they have been a great help so far.

Been calling for a month and a half after receiving a letter about setting up an appointment. No one has returned my call in a month and a half. When you call the office the voicemail is always full.

The bartender guy at night is very rude and tryed to take my money and said he thought u was tipping him but the food was awesome seasoned well soft bun taste grilled onions omg that made up for the rudeness

I got free advice on what to do in my situation and the woman was very nice it took at least a week for an attorney to call me.

I would like to thank Memphis Legal Services for giving me the guidance I needed to get an appeal with IRS. I have been able to have a due process hearing. I was told about the attorneys that's at 140 Adams,that give free Legal Services. I am a senior citizen and a victim of identity theft. There was an attorney that had been a victim of identity theft. He showed me how to fill out the form to have a due process hearing. I have been able to file and amend my tax returns to show proof that I didn't owe them. My 2015 return stated I owed $3,058, after the appeal I received a letter stating I don't owe them any money. IRS is now working on my 2012,2014,2013 & 2011 tax returns. I truly appreciate you for taking the time to tell me how to get help. You should be proud of yourselves, because I am proud of you. I now know how to handle the courts and other areas that I need help in. I thank God for you.
