She is unprofessional, unethical, and lacks basic human decency. She took our money and did nothing to help us.

The other favorable comments on this page have got to be from Whitney cause there is no way anyone could give her a good review after using her. She made promises after promises of things she would say or do but when it came to performing in the courtroom she said nothing. This hard lesson learned costed me my kids for the past several years and she had the audacity to send me an invoice for her services that my retainer fee wouldn't cover. DO NOT USE HER

My husband and I recently used Whitney Jones for a loan closing and had a wonderful experience. She was quick, efficient, and courteous. My overall experience with Whitney was wonderful. She was my second lawyer as my first failed to help me with the child custody issue. She was extremely knowledgeable in the child custody field and told me up front exactly what she planned to do and did just that. She always returned phone calls and emails promptly. Usually the very same day of leaving a message. She was also very well prepared at all court appearances. She was respectful to the judge as well, which I liked. Highly recommend her!

Whitney Jones is a horrible lawyer. During my court case she sat in the court room and did nothing. She didn't ask questions or defend me in any way. Most of the days we showed up for court, she was too worried about leaving early because of something she needed to do with her daughter. She was a single parent and this affected my court case on many different occasions. Not to mention she made me feel like she did not believe my side of the story. I also felt that she believe I should loose the court case. As the months rolled by, the more I talked to her the more I felt that she was as dumb as a bag of bricks. Because of loosing my court case I ended up hiring the Bryant Law Firm. Then things turned around and I ended up winning my court case.
