I give this lawfirm a one star because I called and gave a representative my information and she had the nastiest attitude, but yet they have commercials trying to advertise their business. Never again will I waste my time with a firm like this. They should be reported to the Bar Association.

Don't believe everything you hear about something. This was one of the worst experience i have ever had. These people are a rip off. David Cheek & his staff doesn't communicate with there clients like they should, I had to constantly call him to see where my case was. I was not satisfied with there service if my attorney in Alabama was in the country at the time of this accident I would not have went this route period.

Highly impressed with my experience with this firm! Attorney Cheek, Lauren, and Keyana were very friendly and diligent in regards to my case! Though Attorney Cheek is very busy, he always returns phone calls and voicemails usually by the next business day. Attorney Cheek is such a kind hearted man with his clients’ best interests at heart. He cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure they receive a great settlement! My entire process took about 5 months, which is not very long. God bless this firm and Attorney Cheek! I used this firm for a slip and fall accident. I was told the original attorney who was representing me, left the firm to go and work for another company. Therefore, I was then represented by one of the senior partners who treated me very badly. He was very obnoxious, rude and unprofessional. I am a military veteran and federal employee who have served our country for more than 30+ years. I would definitely not recommend this law firm due to the lack of professionalism exemplified towards me. My case was settled outside of court but it wasn't because I had a competent attorney who had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend you consider using another firm.

I’ve used this firm twice now, both for car wrecks and these guys are absolutely awesome! I had a wreck last year on Thanksgiving! They got to work immediately! They communicated effectively and all throughout the process. I was never wondering about what was going on with my case. I would highly recommend them and I pray I never need to , but would use them again.

Did they get the job done? Yes. Did I win the case? Yes. But the service was absolutely horrible to deal with. This case went on for 11 months and I don’t care how long it took, but I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me about the process. I hadn’t heard from anyone in a couple months so I called and emailed countless times, left voicemails, etc and no one would get back to me. They just kept blowing me off, said they would get back to me, sent me through to voicemail, told me to send an email... I just wanted to know where my case stood. All they needed to do was get back to me and touch base.
