Re Conor O'Daniel: Mr O'Daniel was not straight forward with me and never informed me that I actually didn't need a lawyer for the issue I had. He was happy to take my money and not do any work or filings until after I called repeatedly and questioned why I haven't heard back from him after months of trying to get him to call me back. His actions (and lack of actions) are exactly why the stigma of people not trusting lawyers is perpetuated. He seemed to be the epitome of said stigma.

I worked with both Shauna for criminal matters and Connor for family matters and both excellent lawyers! Very ethical and informative! For not one second did I doubt either of them in any way shape or form! Have problems this team is here to fix them!!!!

At the end of the day Mr. O'Daniel only cares about his money. He was given enough critical information in my case to give me custody. But, our court dates were always pushed back to another day causing more fees to be racked up. I was in contact with his office staff about payment, which we agreed would start after the last court date, only for him to drop before the last court day because he was not paid anything yet.
With him being careless about the actual outcome of his clients, I would NOT recommend him to anyone. He will fill you with false promises of a victory, but only after you pay him over a years worth of pointless court dates.
Also, it's been awhile since our court orders were supposed to be sent out, but his office has no idea what's going on.
So if you have a child in dire need of help, do not come to this office. They will only break your bank, and your heart.

Conor o Daniel gave me a awful experience and would NEVER recommend him to anybody. He told me in our consultation that he would show the judge screenshots of a conversation of income. Never did , the court date kept getting set back for my childsupport case, we sat down with my ex lawyer and Conor o Daniel made the recommendation that any money in the form of check could be used in back pay I disagreed with that , he also was seen outside the court room by a witness agreeing to everything his lawyer wanted and ignored me telling me it's his child too and that I needed to stop getting inside my ex head . I told my lawyer I would contact the IRS because he's hiding money under the table and he told me I will not .. I ended up firing him.he defended my ex more then me . I would Never hire this guy unless you want to lose in court because he played like he was best friends with my ex child father lawyer .

I was falsely accused of a Class A felony. My life would have literally been over if convicted. Mrs. Lynch was recommended to me by another lawyer; best decision of my life! Mrs. Lynch is confident, professional, knowledgeable and relentless. She was able to convince the prosecutor that they could not win; the case was dismissed. If you have a criminal case pending.... don't go anywhere else.

Shaunda is out of this world professional, courteous, and compassionate. I simply cannot sing her praises too loudly. I was in the unfortunate position of having made a mistake and needing legal representation, and she fought for me tooth and nail, and with a personal touch. I don't believe anyone seeking legal representation can do any better (well, unless we're talking Kardashian, Shapiro, Cochran, Kunstler, or Kuby, but that's going off the deep end, isn't it?)

I can't say enough good things about Tim Hambidge! I was so frustrated with the progress of my divorce and the amount of time (almost 3 years!!) it had been taking, so I let my other attorney go and hired Tim. He was so good and got things done, and I'm very happy with the results.

Mrs. Lynch got my divorce that's about the only good thing I can say. I feel like she was more focused on her many other clients rather then me. I needed someone to fully represent me and she could not provide that. I received more advice or lack there of from the paralegal then my actual attorney. Several court dates were cancel because of the lack of communication within her office. I had several issues there at the end that she refused to help with...money was more important. There was was lack of professionalism within emails her and her paralegal were corresponding with me. I am just disappointed in the attorney.
