Omg so happy they help us

It's been to long with my case and they dont call you or nothing I would not recommend anybody to go there

I had a very minor incident a while back spoke to the law firm. They tried to help, but luckily I had no bodily damage just mostly my car. While they couldnt help me with my car situation ( probably would have ended up me spending money and still not getting my car paid for in the long run ), I have known Neva for years. She is always very friendly and willing to help as much as she can. She has a very sweet family and they work hard to ensure the people of Memphis are being represented correctly. They are down to earth, respectful, and a hard working family.

Reaves Law Firm went to bat for me after I was sideswiped. Very professional and everyone was nice!

If everyone is giving them 5 stars why do I have to be the one that's receiving the worse experience ever!!!??? Be my voice???!! My case should have NEVER been lingering this long when the insurance company had already taken fault of the accident... Everything started off great and I felt I had made the right choice now I HATE the decision... Must be actors on all the commercials and do y'all write your own reviews because I can't stop crying for choosing the law firm!!! Accident case started in May here it is December and I'm getting the run around!!! I REALLY hate it if y'all treat family like this per your commercial everyone is treated like family... Promises made and broken... When I first called for a consultation and said I'll think about it and call back, before I could call another law firm Mr. Reaves himself was calling me to assure me they were the choice to make... Now where is he??? But it's not their family facing eviction so it doesn't matter... I just want my money because it's well OVERDUE and the accident itself was enough pain and suffering...

I had very good service with Reaves. I understand cases can take some time. And everything worked out A PLUS. I mostly dealt with Rachel and she explained how everything worked and told me if I had questions that I could call anytime. She was always available or would return my call usually in less then 24 hours. She always answered my questions. Handled my case well and would definitely like her to work on my case again. I am very satisfied with my settlement and Reaves Law Firm.

Food was Great but because I am in the business I really look at customer service. Not so good 17 dollars for bad customer service

Had a motorcycle accident mid last year.
Was feeling okay for about 3 days then everything started hurting. Called around to friends and some family asking who they would use and was referred here multiple times. My case did take longer than expected due to no fault of their own, I was kept in the loop about where my status was on average every two weeks.
Lord help me if I ever have another any type of accident but if I do I’ll more than likely return if I’m able to get the same team I had working on it this time again.

They are terrible! They told me I will have to wait two weeks before I receive a check. I called them back when the two weeks was up and then I was told I have to wait for another two weeks just for a check. I have been waiting for a whole year just for a SMALL check. If you want to wait a lifetime just to receive a check REAVES LAW FIRM is the to go too.
