He sent Larry to say no contest.. still had to pay fine...no one asked at all what happend during the traffic stop..just so you know the Oviedo police department were speed trapping. They are sitting in the median just before you even get to the speed limit sign. I told the officer you do realize you are sitting waiting just before the speed sign and pulling people over that just came out of a neighborhood, on top of that I wasn't even speeding.. they are setting up hard working people who are barely scrapping by to pay bills for outreagus fines..

Eric Dirga did NOT help my case in court. In fact, he worsened it. I hired Eric Dirga to represent me in court regarding my speeding ticket. I was not expecting the ticket to be dismissed but, I was also not expecting my situation to worsen given my almost-perfect driving record. I was given no points, 8-hour traffic school (understandable) and my fine went up $75!!! I payed this attorney to help me, not screw me over. I am not sure what was said to make the judge increase the price of my fine that was originally VERY hefty. I was told that I did not have to show up to my court date however that was a mistake. I wish I had gone to witness what was said between my attorney, the police officer, and the judge. I would not recommend this attorney. Again, I understand I was given a speeding ticket and I need to pay my consequences but how the HELL does the situation get worse? In the end, I wound up paying $600+ for attorney fees, court fees, etc. for a ticket that was originally $350.

***I would like to add that this attorney had time to respond to my bad review on google within 24 hours but doesn't have the time to call me back after I have requested multiple times. I have added proof of his poor communication skills and lack of professionalism.

Picked up 3 tickets (speeding,headphone and no seat belt) after a very awkward encounter with a orange county sheriff. I apparently drove through a speed trap and was flagged (by hand) to the side of the road. After a tense exchange I left in a hurry as I was now late to work, only to arrive home three days later to receive a 4th ticket in the mail by the same officer, stating I sped off. I acquired Eric Dirga and he was very prompt and professional. After waiting a few months he informed me that all 4 tickets had been totally dismissed by the judge. I was driving around a round about and as I was turning around in this round about a car comes from behind me I guess I was going too slow, anyways that same car cut in front of me I hit breaks and took my eyes off my trailer I look back.... boom there was a small light pole I clip on the round about.... the car leaves, cop comes , I get hit with a ( careless ) ticket.... Sent an email to Mr. Dirga, and I had a few questions before deciding if I wanted him use him for legal representation for my traffic citation. He answered two of my questions and then quit replying to me. I waited 3 days for a response, and got nothing. I later decided to follow up with him and call his office. His assistant took down my information, and told me that Mr. Dirga should be in touch with me within a few hours. Yet again, I received NO response. This man came across as someone who is looking to make money, and does not care about your case. Save your time and money and don't bother with Eric J. Dirga.

I was on vacation all the way from Mass. and got into a traffic violation in FL., I was looking for a lawyer to represent me and came across Mr. Eric J. Dirga. I received a citation for violation of a traffic control device. I thought it would have been easy-ish to get the citation dropped because of the lack of details on my citation and there wasn't anything listed on the ticket about speeding (how can I violate a traffic control device - specifically, a yield sign - if I wasn't recorded speeding?). The only thing Mr. Dirga did was get the traffic school dropped. I ended up having to still pay the fine, plus a $33 court fee, and $99 to him. It would have been cheaper and quicker to have paid the ticket and done the traffic school. Besides the waste of money and time, communication was poor. I was told that I would be notified about any news regarding my case but never did (not even when my court date was rescheduled or the final ruling), I would always have to call the office.

Eric did a fantastic job getting my son's speeding ticket dismissed. Heather was always quick to respond. Overall - a great experience.

Eric did a fine job at getting my Traffic Light Ticket dismissed. I was caught in the rain and just as my wheels hit the intersection the light changes on me. Apopka Police said I would have to pay.
