Mark and his staff handled my custody case that was very complicated and did a remarkable job. He is always very professional and answered all my concerns and questions. He took the time to listen and really invested his time like it was his own child. He has done other cases for my husband as well and did an outstanding job. We have used Mark for the past 12 years and have refereed many people to him and will continue to do so.

I really don't have much experience with lawyers or law firms in Northeast Arkansas and we're getting new know who the hiring was getting some advice by a friend that mr. Reese law firm was my best bet and so I went ahead and read a few reviews and went and seen mr. Racy very nice middle-aged gentlemen seem very concerned with my problems we spoke a bit and got to know each other and seemed to be a good fit .seem he also introduced me to some of his staff that seemed very courteous and friendly and they worked as a whole process so I I'm heading hardyman a few weeks later we which was yesterday we found ourselves in the Jackson county circuit Court him defending me for DWI yeah your colleague with him I suppose that works for his firm also and he had a gentleman for DWI I was rather shocked at how he walk through the prosecuting attorney's case and I mean left these guys kind of lost . I mean just out classed. It was unbelievable and I was sitting here thinking I should hire this guy maybe instead Mr Ress. Then i found out why his name was on the front doors. I got up there when I was called next and he did what that fellow did and I don't know in about half the time seemed like an it was just shocking to say I mean that these guys seem like they were just way overqualified to be dealing with these other lawyers down here in Jackson where I was at and sit in my to look easy you know I mean I made it look easy to me and I think you're looking for someone to defend you in a DWI case you can't go wrong by hiring one of these fellows .I would fo with Mr reevse. I know him best so I said I would probably suggest but the other guys no slacker neither so best of luck and don't hesitate you know I don't know if it's higher or cheaper or where their price rates are compared to everyone else but I promise you won't be disappointed with these guys if it's possible they'll get you where you need to be good luck .

In my supposed free "CONSULTATION" all i was told were thing I had just said to him and that it would be 3000 up front nothing was consulted it was more like a free quote

When I had a case I needed help with, he had no problem taking my money but no time to actually help. I could have saved thousands of dollars and went to court without a attorney for the job he did. It's a law office and not much to expect, because they are all pretty much the same. If it is for a Will or a Trust, they can do it easy. Price is about the same everywhere. He has newspaper articles hanging on the wall, to show what he has done.
