I had spoke with Igers Vangjeli when I was unsure if I wanted a divorce. When I decided to retain him for my divorce and as the process unfolded Mr. Vangjeli was with me every step of the way. He was open about how busy he was with other cases but I still felt like me case was his top priority. My exhusband had put me and our infant son in a dangerous and unhealthy situation. Mr. Vangjeli suggested filing an emergency temporary order to protect us from his chosen lifestyle. Mr. Vangjeli really was looking out for my childs best interest. When we met at our last court appearance against my now exhusband the judge made ans unexpected decision to finalized the divorce right then. Mr. Vangjeli and I had 10 minutes to prepare for the request in the decree. Mr. Vangjeli was obviously put on the spot but although he had nearly no time to prepare he remained profession, calm and focused as if he had weeks to prepare. He really knows his matters in family law and was able to provide me with options I didn't even know was possible.

I’ve not had a lot of experience with lawyers in my life, but after my experience with the Stange Law Firm, any lawyer I do have to deal with in the future is going to have a very high bar to reach because they have been fantastic. I don’t want to get too into the details, but I think my experience needs to be shared for anyone else in a similar or even somewhat similar predicament.
Over a decade ago, I was married to a truly awful person, someone who was as comfortable telling me what a piece of garbage I was as they were hitting me or throwing heavy objects at my head. It was a hellish experience that has had long lasting ramifications, and took a while to move past, but a decade ago, I finally left. We got a divorce, and I thought that was that, but recently discovered the horrifying truth that for whatever reason, the divorce had not gone through. It was a horrible feeling, and I broke down completely, all the pain and all the terror coming back to hit me like a freight train. I didn’t know what to do, and just picked a lawyer from ones near me. I very much lucked out. As I cried and panicked, my voice both near incoherent and running a mile a minute, the person I first spoke with at Stange was wonderful. He helped me to calm down as much as he could, and set up an appointment for me, the entire time being both professional and warm, doing his best to handle a clearly terrified client. Right from the beginning, my experience was wonderful, and despite how difficult this process has been, my experience with the Stange Law Firm has continued to be wonderful.

I am content with my representation. I don't know if I would choose them for a small case, but something that entails a lot of work, detail, and time, I would recommend them.

Don't waste your time hiring them unless you want to pay 50k-70k for just a child custody case. Was told this number by one of their lawyers. Paid over 12k to have them go to court for less than an hour just to get a temporary order. Was assigned a lawyer that seemed brand new and had to pay for the mistakes she made. When you call and try to complain they just transfer you to a voice mail and never return calls.

Stange Law Firm was wonderful. The lawyer we had Eric Sexton was truly a blessing to our family. Eric was very suporrtive and knowledgeable when we met with him. Eric helped us to get guardianship of our grandson. He did not judge the circumstances that surrounded the reason for gaurdianship. He took the time to explain all of our options. He was straight forward in what was going to happen how much it was going to cost and what to exspect when it came time to go to court. The law firm was easy to find. Everyone there was so nice it didnt matter whether Eric was available or not someone was always there to answer my questions give guidence and suppoer. I would recommend this law firm to any one who is need of a good lawyer who cares and who is willing to help and not take advantage of you. Their fees are reasonable and they do have paynent plans. Regina Wells has been the most amazing attorney I have dealt with. I was very satisfied with my experience with this law firm. I was originally assigned John Kershman who was very helpful and informative. He did a very good job handling my case at the start. Due to distance from the location I was then assigned Chad Hager who was also very helpful. They kept me up to date with the happenings of my case as I was over 12 hours away from the state of Missouri.

They worked with me to make sure that I got the best possible visitation at this point with my daughter during my long divorce process. I can't find the words to describe my gratitude toward Attorney Jonathan Glassman as well as his team of colleagues and paralegals. In a highly contested, very bitter divorce with a corrupt guardian ad litem, former counsel had me pinned against the wall. In less than 15 minutes during the consultation, Kirk Stange already knew the right attorney for me which in and of itself speaks volumes for the firm.

Mr. Glassman went straight to work on this disaster of a case hearing my side and keeping an open mind toward the other side. As time progressed, he saw the real picture and continued to act accordingly, always making sure he had the facts before saying a word to me or to anyone involved in the case, and always thinking a few steps ahead. I'd hate to play chess against him.

In the end, my kids "won" this divorce which was all I wanted since day 1. Discovery was grueling and emotional... and expensive. Mr. Glassman was always mindful of the emotional and financial toll this was taking. Even in the heat of the battle, he was understanding that the 3 days every other week with my kids were sacred and that nothing would be done on those days regarding the case. Also mindful of my financial situation, his stewardship was superb. He was aware of my level of knowledge, strengths, and shortcomings, and if an opportunity for me to do some extra work on my own to save some legal fees presented itself, he would let me know what I could do to save on legal fees.

Ultimately, Mr. Glassman was very prepared for trial, was able to demolish my ex wife's case in discovery, and even put his neck on the line, standing up for me to the guardian ad litem in this case. This led to a settlement agreement the day before trial that I would have thought impossible a few short months earlier.

Jonathan Glassman and his colleagues worked hard on this case and as a result, have literally saved my childrens' future. And that's not a bit exaggerated.

Unless you enjoy being nickel and dimed for less than stellar representation I would avoid this firm. During my experience we dealt with two different lawyers as the first one was let go after racking up $5,000 in charges. The subsequent lawyer was a little better, but would recommend seeking counsel elsewhere.

In my opinion, I could have went to court on my own and achieved the same results at a fraction of the cost.
