After your initial consultation, you'll NEVER speak to David Gordon again. The secretary's job is evidently to screen calls by relevance, problem is, I sometimes needed HIS advice and not the advice of the phone queen. Mr. Gordon is extremely nice, patient, listens..but the girl who answers the phone needs some lessons on tact.

After providing the sought after information, was advised that I would be contacted shortly via telephone. Well, less than 30 minutes later David E. Gordon called back offering valuable advice on the phone. He took the time to review a traffic report that I emailed during the conversation. Mr Gordon offered to take another call the next day and again offered free-of-charge his gracious advice (which he provided that following day). At this time it does not appear us needing Mr. Gordon & practice to engage, however, if that need should arise, he would be the first I would call upon. David was a great attorney. He went above and beyond from the start. He called me Saturday morning after my accident after I put an inquiry on his website. He wanted to make sure I was ok. There was no pushing me to come in, he gave me some suggestions and at first I was going to not use his services and he was okay with that. Letting me know to call him if I changed met mind and I could set up a meeting to see him the following week if I changed my mind. This is the type of personal touches that really make you know he cares. He would call and keep me updated as well as checking on my progress. The settlement was not nearly what he ask for. He never negotiated, just took the first offer. His bankruptcy representative completely botched the bankruptcy side of my case. My bankruptcy attorney was absolutely shocked at her incompetence. Very clear how bad UT was once another attorney says it was handled wrong!
