I would highly recommend Jim Hacking. He filed a Mandamus lawsuit against USCIS and DHS for my long pending naturalization case. The turnaround time for the lawsuit was 48 hours. He is highly knowledgeable in this area. We filed suit in the federal court in Kansas City, seeking an order compelling USCIS to decide the case. The government, as they sometimes do, filed a motion to dismiss. They asked the judge to let them keep delaying my case. Jim filed a brief in opposition to their motion and pointed out the absurdity of the delay. We worked with Skype and conference calls (so your location does not matter). Jim flew in to KC for my final interview. My case has been resolved successfully and I am a naturalized citizen now. He has provided a great service and I am so pleased. Thank you Jim Hacking.

Words can not explain how thankful I'm to Jim and his group of lawyers. I'm an international student, pursuing my PhD in the USA since 2013. I'm on my last year of PhD. My original non-immigrant F1 visa expired last year. This year in April, I had to go home for a family emergency. Since my visa expired, I had to apply for a renewal. The renewal process is usually mundane and is fairly quick with the Dropbox system. However, I was asked to schedule an interview after going though the Dropbox procedure. On the interview date, I was given administrative processing. I though its not going to take long. Then days, week, months passed, no reply from the embassy. I waited 6 months for the administrative processing to complete. I was about to loose my funded position and my admission at the University. Then I contacted Jim. Jim helped my wife's immigration case. She was on Administrative Processing for over 9 months. He took on the case and caused the USCIS and NVC to make a judgement or decision for my case using something called a 'writ mandamus'. It was done through the phone and email. I never had to go to his office or court. Even though Jim was busy with his travels he had team members call me back and was responsive to emails. The USCIS took forever to make a decision on my n400 case, so I wanted to know what my option are. I kinda stumbled on Jim's website by chance and I watched most of his YouTube videos.
