Review: He was consistently unavailable via phone, email, or responses to messages for months on end. He was unclear on what was needed to closeout my dead loved one's estate, constantly deferring blame onto my wife and I and repeatedly sending incorrect and inaccurate legal documentation for signature that was completely the wrong estate.
